Mrs. Uma Prabhu
Uma Prabhu is the Managing Partner at UAP Advisors and also the group editor at iTV Network. She has 30 years of experience in media and journalism, having worked at leading publications like The Times of India and The Education Times. She is currently the Chairperson of Jana Shikshan Sansthan Sindhudurg, a vocational institute under the Union Ministry of HRD, and is on the Executive Committee the Government of India’s National Literacy Mission. Mrs Prabhu is a BSc and holds a post-graduate degree in journalism and an MBA specializing in human resources management.

Mr. Ameya Prabhu
Ameya Prabhu is the Managing Director at NAFA Capital Advisors Pvt. Ltd. and a Partner at UAP Advisors LLP. Ameya has been designated as a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum. He is also a writer and the author of “The Rock Babas and Other Stories," a book of short stories published by Amazon and sold in over 40 countries globally. He additionally serves as the Managing Director of New Age Financial Advisors, a joint venture with IFFCO, which is the world’s largest farmer’s cooperative organization. He is currently the Chairperson of the Western Region of the Indian Chamber of Commerce. He is also the brand ambassador for start-ups in the Indo-Canadian Chamber of Commerce. Ameya is a part of numerous foundations and NGOs, including The Climate Group, Manav Sandhan Vikas Sanstha, Miracle Feet India, Konkan Krida Prabodhini, etc.

Tarang’s role involves overseeing the accounting, taxation, Compliance, MIS and planning function of all the group entities. He is a Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary by qualification and has extensive experience in accounts, internal controls, finance, reporting, MIS, planning and Taxation. His experience is spread over working with top consulting firms, MNC's and growing start-ups.

Mr. Jigar Sangani
Jiigar Sangani is Principal - New Projects and Partnerships at UAP Advisors. He looks at all new projects, initiatives and partnerships at UAP Group and its investee companies. Jigar comes with an extensive experience of more than 10 years in the financial services and investment banking space. He has had exposure across a broad range of industries such as Power, Healthcare, Banking, Pharmaceuticals, Real Estate, and others as well as across geographies like Middle East, USA and India. Prior to that, Jigar worked as Vice President in the Investment Banking team of UAP Advisors. Jigar has completed his Masters and Bachelors in Management Studies both with majors in Finance from Mumbai University.

Ms. Gayatri Sethuraman
Principal- Investments & Stratergy
Gayatri was previously a co-founder at Dabbadoo, a first of its kind subscription based nutritional daily meal service for school-going children. Prior to that, she had worked with the structured finance team at ICICI Bank and also has experience in ESOPS consulting and equity research.
Gayatri is a CFA Charter holder and holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Finance from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management (SIBM), Pune.
